Doug Fieger, leader of the power pop band The Knack who sang on the 1979 hit "My Sharona," died Sunday. He was 57


BT comment: As with most songs from our youth, they remind us of a certain time, place or people. I remember hearing this whole album at a frat house on Drexel's campus back in the 70's with some friends who attended there. A classic, catchy tune.
